10th Annual Shimmy Shake and Share

Evening Performers Information
Thank you for participating in Shimmy Shake and Share.
Here are a few things you should know.
Check in: The hall will open to the public at 6pm, the show starts at 6:30pm. Performers in the first half of the show please check in by 5:30pm. Performers in the second half of the show check in by 6pm. We hope that you will stay to watch the show and enjoy some of the yummy desserts!
If there are minors in your group there is no charge for their
parents to get into the event.
The dance space is a spacious wooden floor. Seating will be on
3 sides with a back drop. You will be able to enter on either
side of the stage.
Changing rooms: Women's and Men's dressing rooms will be clearly marked.
Music: Please have your music on a CD- NO IPODS PLEASE.
Please have all your music cut and put together in one track on one CD.
Please don't ask our Music Maestro to skip through tracks to find cuts for your performance.
Time limits: Soloists please limit your performance to 7 minutes; Groups limit your performance to 10 minutes.
Publicity: Feel free to bring any publicity flyers that you have and put them at the front table as you enter the hall. If you have a publicity picture and website please send them to me and I will post them on our website.
Stage manager: Our stage manager is Diane Trapp. She may be contacting you if she has any questions and she will be directing the performers the evening of the show.
